Indoor Auto Seeds_Pink Runtz & Acapulco Gold

Looking awesome in there Z. Colas are ginormous.
Harvest time for you soon.
Cheers 420 - the Runtz stretched and filled out nicely with some great spears :pass:

Day 77_Chop_Acapulco Gold
So today was the day she came down.
Lovely hash smell during chop and trim - overall a really nice lady, covered in crystal, heavier than expected nuggets from a sativa, but still lanky and a bit of effort to control - this said, with some space, she will yield a lot, all the branches a snapped down had bud standing up all the way down them making them give a lot more than the branches that were left alone.

She had a first trim, and now will sit in the drying tent at circa 20 deg and 60% RH - if the weather stays crap for a couple of weeks it will be perfect as it gets expensive using the AC to keep the room cool just to slow down drying.

Lots of small solid nuggets - can't wait to try it out

Pink Runtz
Now the AG is out of the way you can see the Runtz better - her Colas are rather nice, with bright orange pistils atop the pinky backdrop that is the bud.

She is stil foxtailing a touch along a couple of the bigger heads but otherwise she is pretty much ripe with mostly cloudy heads.
I expect her to come down on Wednesday or Thursday.

Hello all - a few weeks have passed since chopping these two fine ladies, they dried over about 12 days with an RH as close to 58/60% and temps in the high teens. Now they are sealed in their grove bags for a few months - but I took a handful of each in to an every day jar so as not to open the seal before time.

first up the Acapulco. As mentioned she was made up of lots of little solid nuggets, and now she is nicely dry -the smoke is grand, uplifting head high, not rushy but high. The taste is that of pepper and wood, but with a floral bouquet coming through.
With the right space this plant could easily give over 200g of fine prime but with my limited space I am happy with what she gave.

solid little nugs covered in ickle crystals but she certainly packs a punch.

The pink Runtz was great, topped once and spread out over 6/8 main heads which were like spears. Dried and trimmed the buds are lovely with beautiful colours of pink and purple and bright orange.

the smell is that of a chemical sweet shop, pear drops etc…the taste is very smooth and sweet and sour on the smoke.

she did well giving a little shy of 200g of grove bag quality bud, very little lard to speak of.

Overall two lovely strains but very different. The Runtz really is feed and watch but the Acapulco could do with some work and she will no doubt provide!

cheers for watching
