cheers @Vapo - topping, training and generally abusing plants has been a favorite of mine for many years, but the chopsticks are a very clever way of doing things, I have branches snapping where the ties are too tight and the branch is trying to break free, looking at this approach as they are not actually tied down, they can still grow up and around without too much stress.

Quick update whilst I am here, the ladies are today celebrating their 71st day of life, and as such I would say they are loving it - drinking 13 litres daily between the four of them with a nutrient make up of just Bloom A&B from green haze which is giving an EC of 1.6. The PH is still wobbly, not sure why as nothing has changed, but I am starting to think my pen is a little wobbly as I only use RO water nowadays, although I never put the pen in just the RO water it could need a good clean and calibration, in the meantime I have ordered the old faithful PH test strips, can't go wrong with those little sets so at least it will tell me if it is the water in the res being silly or the pen is pat its best.

The Pure Red - hoping she will be done soon so I can get some better air movement. She has been ‘lazy’ throughout, but has filled out to an acceptable level and her trichomes are starting to fade to milk.

The Broomstick - shame she has been left behind really, getting the least light being so much smaller than everything else, this said she is looking nice and healthy and is giving out an almighty stench, so I do expect her to push the carbon filter to its limits. Her buds are forming very nicely indeed.

The Dp girls will be updated on their journal so as not to duplicate pics around the site.

The little broomstick is really pumping out a nice Afghani stench, very pungent indeed - I was chasing my tail defoliating her everyday so I let her go, she has really bushed out, and behind the foliage she has started to form some lovely nuggets, she looks like she will run pretty long, similar to the mimosa I think - so in a few days when the T&C and the Pure Red go to the drying tent I shall move her over to the left out of the shadow of the mimosa and give her a final shwazzing then

The Pure red, still looking lazy, is filling out so is still alive

To the untrained eye, this is a trained tent

hello everyone - hope you are keeping well!

So then, the weekend has been and gone and everything is still standing - mainly as I have not got around to working out where/how to dry now we have a teenager in the house. Spent all weekend turning the abode back to a...well an abode. My office went from a weed processing/transformation lab back to an office, the smoking den/drying room transformed back to a bedroom again.

No changes in anything really the Pure Red is still looking sorry for herself, this said she is ok, probably 100g of CBD for me which will see me through until the next CBD one. She does look nice now she has coloured up, more blacks and purple than red, and with her pistils all turning orange looks rather pretty. The Broomstick is sneakily building herself up - I had to try to spread her a little more this morning as she is very stocky, but has lots and lots of heads so is getting very busy now.

The two from DP are doing very well - the T&C is looking incredible, because of my stupidity she is crowded out so hr buds are slight, but they certainly make up for it in trichomes. The Mimosa is doing her thing, she is building out her buds and shaping up nicely.

Cheers @Sawney_bean iut is a shame, you had issues with yours as well - as long as it sees me through with CBD to my next crop it 'worked', that said I am looking for another - my two favorite CBD to grow so far are La Rica and Limonet haze both from Elite seeds - thinking about stocking up on those then I can be certain to have 150/200g dry CBD flower with each crop.

They are indeed both amazing mate, love them myself as well, let me know if you need some beans, I do have a large personal stock of them
