Dinafem Blue Kush #1

Boooom Blue Kush is on!

Not my first Dinafem strain but my first time posting in the sub forum.
Since I am doing a journal in another Seed Breeder sub forum grow, I thought it would be fair to have one here too.

I have been sitting on those Blue Kush beans for about a year now so here we are.

She will be grown beside 1 other plant at first and a second will be introduced around day 23.

-Tent is 75cm square by 180cm

-Grow Northern HiLite006 and a MS006

-15L Airpots

-Plagron Light Mix + Perlite + Neem Fertilizer

-BioRhizotonic / Biobizz Nutes Biogrow Fishmix Biobloom Biohaven Alg a Mic / Cal-Mag / Plagron Green Sensation

Cycle for the all grow will be 20/4.

Glass of water + paper towel > Straight in the pot in about 36hrs.

Day 7

Day 15 First light Feed. 1ml Grow 1ml Heaven @1L

Showed sex on day 17

I will be doing weekly updates from here on.

Blue Kush Day 22
This girl is super fast. In full stretch now already at 70cm, long internodal space she is going for the sky, to try and keep her as squat as possible the light is maintained low.
Some tucking action going and I am thinking opening her up and bend her a bit with som LST. Feed today was 2ml Grow and 2ml Heaven with 0.4ml Equilibrium.

She is now at the back of the tent with her own light.
PS the white dots on the leaves is some DE for preventives

Great to see another AutoDinafem grow going on AFN. I've been getting some great reports from out autoflowering blue kush and I'm very confident you will love the end produce. So far you look to be doing a great job

So after I updated this thread last week, I had some concern about the height this girl would hypothetically gain this week, so I have done something I never did before.

I snapped her neck!

The idea came from the Battle grow that @stepside and @Roark are having at the moment. Peep the show here > https://www.autoflower.org/threads/roark-vs-stepside.51322/
So basically I wanted to slow her growth at the main stem and at the same time push the side shoots to go up. Well it worked! And about 3 days later I removed the support I gave her. And I did it again a little higher this time. She has now reached 90cm. A thick knot has now formed where the bend was done.

I am quiet amazed by the fact it didn't slow her down too much.

She was introduced to Bloom nutes a couple of days ago.

Feed is 2.3ml Grow/ 2ml Heaven / 2ml Bloom /0.4ml Equilibrium @ 1L Daily.

Super cropping at first can seen daunting but when done right it has some great benefits.

I think the blue kush auto is one of our tallest auto strains but does produce some great end results

Well I don't know if its was the beginners luck but the Super cropping seems to have done great for this girl, and she got the treatment twice!

I can see her being a great producer too Mark the side branches are full of bud sites. Great Genetics is all I can say so far!

Update Day 35

The Blue Kush is a couple centimeter shy of 1m this despite being neck bent a couple of times.
The side branches are between 60 and 70cm long with bud sites from top to bottom.

She got fairly hungry this week and has eaten her huge lower fan leaves which have now been removed, leaving her a few to munch on!

I upped Grow to 2.5ml as she looked like she could do with a bit of extra N.

Bloom will be upped at theend of the week and she will be introduced to Plagron Green Sensation the following week.

I did some low stress training to open her up and get the lower bud sites some light.

I have great expectation for this girl!
