Tonight I made smoked lemon pepper chicken...even got a few pics. 
I cut the back out of the chicken and flattened it out (this is called spatchcock)....seasoned well with some lemon pepper I got locally
		
		
	
	
		
	 
I prepared the weber for indirect cooking and threw the bird on with some smoke pellets..this is the finished product

I did some tinfoil brussel
 sprouts with onions for the side...forgot to take pictures though.

 Rant over! Spent a little time in Beverly and today hit the famous Nicks Roast Beef shoppe and got the lg 3 way RB sammich!! With tasty fries!!
