Auto Skywalker Haze - Day 37 (Week 5.2)

First pistels turning from white to brown this week, only a few, but enough to know we're maturing quickly. I have ran into a little def, and lightening of the fan leaves. It built up really quickly, but I feel I've got a handle on it now. Skywalker is in the tent on her own for the moment, so will probably tie her back a little to let more light to the centre.

A non-official midweek update

I'm supposed to be putting another lady in here but I think I've under estimated the XXL nature of the Kerosene genetics. It's lights out for them right now and it's 29C.....day 34 for these two now. Betty on the left has some calmag issues caused by very low ph. For some reason my tap water was coming out last week at 5.4 without me knowing, by the time I've added a splash of lemon juice it was 4.8  All rectified now so hopefully no long term damage.

They are tough plants bro and can take a bump now and then. They'll recover fine
My greenhouse is popping with action. Everything is bearing fruit. Even my Mokums Tulip is glistening in the sun...

Update something or other... I'm not showing in the threadmarks at all so I'm lost lol. Should I be doing my own?
Anyway day 28
A week of stupid res and tent temps have stalled her out poor thing... A quality bit of rusty luck changing to Dwc just in time for a heatwave...
She's just started flowering and she's small but I will see her through as she might stretch.
The DWC bit is surprisingly easy now I got my head in it.. No major nute stunts still.. Ph and ec go In the right direction each res change so kerp plodding on and see what happens

Hey guys,

Another warm and sunny day in the greenhouse. :woohoo1: Allif is basking in the sun and filling out those buds nicely. :baby:
I took a small sample yesterday and after flash drying it in the microwave rolled a small joint. Taste wise I can't say much as the high temps inside the microwave burned of most of the terpene's, but the high is there.

Day 41. Auto Skywalker Haze. I'm really starting to like my girl, and even though she is showing some def signs, I think she is coming on strong. Definite leanings to the Sat side, which is all good in my book - I'm mean look at her - that's proper haze. :woody:

Official Update No.6 Week 6 Kerosene Krash Day 37

The girls have really started to get their grow on this week. Bertha is really starting to show her true XXL genetics, she has been compared to the cabbage that ate Chicago :eyebrows:.

Kerosene Bertha

BerthaW37.jpg

Bertha37.jpg

A carry bag of leaves was removed from the the first 1/3 of the plant including any leaves that were pointing inwards. With the hot weather experienced recently, this has helped out with air flow. Kerosene Bertha was dressed with 4 dessert spoons of Worm-casts at the end of week 5 (Day 35). She will have enough calcium and magnesium now to see her through to the end.

At the end of this week I'll be top dresssing again with Barley, Bloom Auto which consists of ( Organic Bat guano, Northern Atlantic kelp meal, sterilised Bone meal, mined Sulphate of potash, Dolomite Lime, Diatomaceous earth.) and Mycoboost a blend of mycorrhizal fungi, plant beneficial bacteria, humic, fulvic and amino acids and natural growth stimulants.

Kerosene Betty started showing a typical Cal-Mag issue which was really surprising, I know the soil and nutrients are where I need them, so a pH check of the water reservoir in the Lechuza gave the game away. I had a pH issue which had gone unnoticed. I rectified by flushing the container with 10litres of ph'd 6.5 water and then feeding 10ml Molasses alongside 2.5ml Sensi Grow A+B and 2ml Sensi Bloom A+B.

The netting was brought out mid week to start training those branches into the even canopy that I want to utilise the space.

Until next week, Happy Dreaming ;)
