Their seems to be a 75% bias towards dutch passion and even more towards the think different plant. Im not gonna ask a stupid question like why, its a great company, plant, and yields and holds good. But why so much dutch passion?

Is that a legitimate question, or am I wording it wrongly. Great company, I have yet to try their seeds :( TD is on my list!

So would I be right to assume the demographic of this site is shifted heavily on the UK side and Dutch Passion is the most popular breeder or is it a question of hands down the think different is a good freakin plant?

Let me word this another way. Why does everyone grow DP TD?

Or is the proper question, why am I not growing a DP TD? :Sharing One:

Its really good smoke.Solid genetics, large yeilds. And a plus, its a killer preforming Auto. But there is no Bias here.I Love DP hands down. But ive only grow it once. and havent grown any DP beans for a lil more than a year.

And its all good dude.we have people and breeder and cool people who grow our loved herb from all across the globle,UK,EU,US ya name it.just a lot of people dig Dp is all.look at sweet seeds,Royal queen,DragonMasters, they are also popular.there is really a lot happening within the breeder, growing community as a whole.give it a lil time n look a bout a lil more.Dragon grows abound, along with maaany others.its all here.Photo,Autos from all walks of life.be good brother!!:smoke:

I like DP but I live in the u.s. I recommend them because honestly their results have been great for me I've grown out 7 different autos from them and was pleased with all. Theres alot of other good seed banks I'm not saying DP is superior to the others I'm just sharing my results. As far as the TD I think it's recommended alot because first off people have gotten very large yields from it, its potent, has nice smell but also alot of people come asking for the larger yielding autos and that seems to be one of them I've grown out 4 and I liked them. I don't think it has to do with people being in the UK they just have good service and genetics so people recommend them :peace:

Awesome exactly what I was looking for. Ill try them out! Any suggestions besides the TD? I cant grow justttttt oneeeeeeee :coffee2:

well I know DP's automazar is a pretty good yeilder and darn good smoke too.Look at theirline ups.they gotlots to ofer and all preform damn good.Ilike Pyramid,Cream of the Crop,Royal Queen and some others.Anddont forget the Dragon Masters seeds.excellent meds.

Genetics mate, not a fan of there TD though, only because it's sativa dominant. Although I do have a TD bean waiting to pop lol.

ohhh ok.Genetics with an Indie High.Yup,thats easy.well fer me.Im a biig fan of GDP's Phantom cookies, and candylandsome are sat dom.but not a sat high.very well balanced.it'll give you some very well balanced funness and pretty solid pain reief and the sweet taste of the draw is sooo smooth if cured right.Pineapple Express from Barneys farms is rather a small plant but wow its a real winner in high n taste n aint racey at all.

HSO Bluedream(not sure bout their auto yet),lost coast skunk from HSO.Super skunk from white label auto, auto pounder wasnt bad imo.pretty balanced buzz, pretty solid smoke.royal queens jack herer auto well ambered up.thats prolly some of thee tastiest smoke Ive grow the past two times.dragon masters Blueberry.Royal medic aint bad.Ouroborous from redline is quite kick ass.Auto pyramid and Tutunkhamon from pyramid seeds are good.Barneys farms blue mammoth is pretty decent too.Dude i could behere all day.LMFAO!!there is totally something there you'll like Im sure.check em out.Ive grow or smoked all of these except the royal medic.thats later this year.all of these were pretty much 30-50% ambered though.some damn fine smoke dude.Be good.oh before I forget.you may wanna try DP's orange bud.OMFG I thought I had died in heaven in a Florida orange grove(lived in Fl so I know the smell),just beautiful scent and the smoke was BETTER than that smell.

Because they nailed it. They made a bunch of giant autos that smell good and get people buzzing. They also operate with the utmost integrity and in a polite manner.

Add all that together and you have a great company.

I have yet to try any DP autos, but are the highs they offer the typical 'Dutch' high? I think anyone here who grew or smoked a lot before the Dutch seed scene took off would know what I'm talking about. Fun and potent, but kind of a... generic (for lack of a better word) high? I love what the Dutch have done and I don't mean that derogatorily at all, but if you compare a common Dutch sativa vs African or old school Jamaican sativa, that's kinda what I'm talking about. I'm old enough to remember the pre-Dutch roadkill skunks and the like, so maybe I'm just way out of line and overly nostalgic, but I'm personally more interested in quality of high vs just yield. How do they rank for interesting highs?

I would say you're just reading about 67% into it too much. Wink wink. AFN isn't a Dutch Passion site; although they are a vendor and I'm sure you have seen their ads on the site before.

I've personally grown their Think Different and Auto Blueberry; both very stellar plants with very pleasant highs. The Blueberry has a VERY CLEAR blueberry smell and taste and was some pretty potent smoke. I got my largest yields off the Think Different's; personally I didn't care for the buzz as much but I think I would give it one more shot before deciding if it's smoke I'd want in my household or not.

You... pretty much answered your own question haha! They ARE a great company; if you haven't yet swing down to the Dutch Passion forum and say hello; the guys in there are SUPER nice, excellent customer service, and seem to have a lot of honesty and integrity in their products. Reputable solid genetics, great plants and great smoke.

Would highly (ohhhh a pun!) recommend trying them out brother; I think you'll see the DP movement is less of a "bandwagon" and more of company that works hard to build a solid reputation. You may love them, you may hate them, but you'll never know til you grow brother!
