Grow Mediums Feed Schedule

So I'm growing some ILGM Jack Herer auto and I just received my nutes. I'm going to use General Hydroponics trio but I don't know how to set up a feed schedule. I've been feeding them a diluted molasses mix thus far but nothing else. 3/5 have leaves.

600w MH
One week since germination in coco
Average RH OF 20%
Average temp of 80f
Bubbling water in one gallon containers.

I've never used their nutes, but I have considered it. Here is a feeding chart I pulled up, but keep in mind ... general rule of thumb ... is to only use 1/4 strength of manufactures recommendations. http://gh.growgh.com/docs/Feedcharts/GH_FloraSeries-DTW_03216am.pdf

I'm on my 3rd coco grow and 600 ppm's sounds right to me for seedling stage.

Above poster has the words....start with 1/4 amount for nutes. Autoflower's can burn rather easily.
