So, its still pretty small and doesn't got a set of true leaves. When should I fertilize it? Its in a bubble bucket, so would I just pour a small light amount of fertilizers onto its Root Riot cube soon?

They say wait 14 days before you start feeding the plants nutes

Im a newbie and didn’t know this at the time so I’ve been feeding mines nutes since day 1

Does that apply to hydro? Because the soil would normally get the nutrients in it but right now its day three and just water. It still looks pretty small. I don't want to kill it with nutrients.

They need some kind of food to grow. The cotelydons feed for a couple days I believe and that’s it. I’m in coco and start feeding right away even precharge coco with nutrients.

I’m growing I my first bubble bucket as well. Let me tell you what I did.

I used a Jiffy pellet, but it’s similar to a Root Riot cube. When the seedling was just little, I mixed my first bucket of nutrients at around 1/4 strength. I put my seedling in the net pot with hydroton. Then every day, twice a day, I would take about 50 mL of the solution from the bucket and pour it over the net pot - on the Jiffy pellet and the hydroton. I continued doing this until I saw the roots come out of the bottom of the net pot and go into the reservoir.

This entire thing has been a total debacle. I wound up making it super sick with root rot, and PH issues and all of that. The water out of my tap in the midwest is super high, almost alkaline, and the GrowStones I used weren't washed and PHd properly so I trashed the grow with ridiculous out of line PH issues. I scrapped that after about a month. It was clear the damn thing wasn't going to amount to anything. Then I tried and failed to get a Fugue State going and I flopped with a Sour Orange Diesel Kush. My basement is way too cold and damp for the quantum boards and I had a bunch of other issues. I got a new PH/TDS/EC pen coming in, and litmus test strips, and a new CMH light, a six hundred thirty watt CMH light, to try to heat it up and grow it right.

I am going to the dry Green Leaf nutrients, don't want to think about millimeter this and millimeter that. I also got HydroGuard and Eagle20 and some other stuff for bug problems that might happen. All the other problems happened, why not bugs?

I'm really frustrated because I'm two months behind due to shipping issues and fucking this grow up from where I wanted to be. I don't got so much as a goddamn seedling now and I was sort of hoping for some bud by new year's, its super discouraging. I don't really know what to do.

I'll check out your grows, they sound cool, I'm sure there will be some pointers there.

Wrap your tent in insulation and slow that big fan down will help with heat and damp.
