I've been wondering about when i should add Earth Juice. Fox Farm Ocean Forest is my main medium and is already hot. I used top soil as the starter ball of soil inserted into the remaining three gallons of OF reference image2 on thread 72. I read somewhere that you don't have to add nutes to OF till week 6, and other saying week 2. I guess i'm asking what am i looking for, in terms of a sign. Word on the street is because EJ is organic it's hard to over feed. If anyone has an idea or a forum that covers it.

i know nothing about earth juice but ffof i used a lot and always starting nuteing mine around 14 days or so real light then working up.

How many nodes where you at ... a couple of threes, and fives? That thing is blowing up real quick. I am super glad that i didn't rush this process. But i lucked out with patience. I spent a lot of time waiting on nothing which helps this.

Yea I started mine on light nutes when they had two sets of three so three nodes I guess once they start catching some light they take off or so we hope peace

I used a root tonic, supercharger, at day three. I started mild nutes at day 10. This is for my BioDiesel Mass girls and they are doing quite well. Maybe a bit of cal/mag deficiency, or maybe I obsess overmuch!! I have become a big fan of he root tonic, especially Rock's Supercharger. I think it is responsible for saving my first plant, the Critical Cheese.
I use a word document for my journal but also cut and paste it here on the forum. I also add the photos to the forum posts. I am still working up that spreadsheet for quick access to things like temp, and feedings, etc.

I agree i think about that thing. Its best to leave be instead of being all over it. I watched this video of a time lapse grow it really showed how to properly water it. I am trying to do it with mine i have to get that camera angle exactly right to keep it uniform.
