New Grower First Grow | Two + Speed Sweet Seeds | Advice Appreciated!

Top 2 inches of soil were dry so I gave them some water before going to bed. I got a little dicey and added 1 tea spoon of Big Bloom in a half gallon container of pH balanced water. Being 1/3 of the recommended dosage and not being a heavy watering, I think it will be safe. I'm really curious to see the results in the morning with the nutes. The plants both have filled out the 3rd set of leaves. I'll report back and some point tomorrow to share the results.

Temperature is at 80 degrees with Humidity of 32%

Looking like a good start Spin..Do u have anything to create some air circulation..a small breeze blowing around or over them(not directly at them) will help strengthen their stems..

I had to buy me a little humidifier for my room, didn't cost much and relly helped with my R.H.:peace:..but I think ur babies are looking right on track...

What's up Spinnaker, looks like you're going pretty good so far. Definitely need some air circulation inside the grow box deal. I didn't see a small fan or anything in the pic. :D

Also, totally up to you, but I wouldn't add any nutes that your OF, as it is already pretty stocked on those. Enough for about 4 weeks. Just plain Ph water should do fine. And watch for that drop too, with all the amendments it tends to be a little low in Ph. Some growers add a little lime before-hand to regulate that. Cheers and good luck. :D

I've got a big fan inside the room, you just can't tell from the pictures I posted. The soil mix isn't completely OF, it has about 40% peat moss and perlite. Appreciate the pH advice, I'll keep an eye on it. I'll post an updated picture of the grow space once I change it around a bit.

I'm currently thinking about buying this grow tent because it's cheap and ships for free. Does anyone have this tent or can give me any advice on whether I should buy it or not? http://www.amazon.com/LEDwholesaler...UTF8&qid=1364350087&sr=8-2&keywords=grow+tent

I also need to buy a lighting system for the flowering cycle when that time comes, my budget is around $150 I was thinking about getting a HPS or MH setup. Any advice would be appreciated. I want to buy a lighting system that would be fitting for the tent I posted above. I might consider growing more than two plants in the future so a lighting system powerful enough for 3-4 plants would be perfect.

Another thing is I want to know what you guys think about giving these girls some nutes. I have the FF Trio and my medium is 60% FFOF and about 40% perlite and peat moss. Thanks!

Watered them last night with 1/3 dosage of Grow Big and Big Bloom nutes. They seemed to like it as there is no signs of burn still. I'm looking into buying a 1000 watt MH/HPS ballast with a reflector and putting these guys under a MH for the rest of their veg period then giving them the 1000 watt HPS light for rest of the grow. If anyone knows a cheap quality lighting set up let me know

DAY 19

I'm about to put these guys underneath a 1000 Watt HPS light system soon. Do you think that's a bad idea adding the light before the flowering cycle? I just want these girls to get bigger and I know the 150 watts of CFLs can only do so much.

Here's some updated pictures, haven't watered/fed them since Friday, but I plan on doing so this afternoon.
