White bugs - help please

What are white bugs ?





Had them a few weeks. After much research still cannot get to the bottom of whether they are damaging or not.

Please Help

Springy and come to surface of soil when watered.

It is Most likely these http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fungus_gnat . There's a million way to get rid of it on google.

probably springtails bro! they live in humid places...most likely soil..so let your soil totally dry out before you water. it should kill most of them
