got my new light today from mars its the 300w (170-180 draw) older white one. it was 95.00 shipped on ebay. i know some of you are using these. can someboddy point me to a thread that was grown start to finish with only one of these lights.just trying to guage what kind of yield i can expect to get from them.also how far from the light should seedlings be? and what about older plants?

Congrats on the new light bro. For seedlings I would start it at like 24-30", and during flower go for 12-18". As for expected yields, without knowing the rest of your setup and what strain it's pretty hard to say... but in general I would think 2-3oz should be achievable.
