Great Lakes Genetics Has Horrible Customer Service. Anyone else having issues with this company?

Anyone else ever have a issue with GLG?

My order never showed up and they are being extremely rude in emails.

Look i buy alot of seeds and i never had a seed seller act like this. They act like they are doing me a favor buy sending me what i ordered. Which they have not done.

I thought i had this worked out with them but they went on a rant on another forum. So i am just going to do a charge back.

It's funny how they would not respond to my emails but the day i made this post they responded on another forum then sent a email later that day. What a joke

So I recommend that you stay away from Great Lakes Genetics. And get your beans somewhere else. Great Lakes Genetics Has been the worst experience i ever had with a seed company. So since they wanna talk shit on their shitty forum. I am now putting everything up here for everyone to see.

So do yourself a favor and order from Gaslamp Genetics, DC seed co, Seed Celler, The Seed Bazaar, Mephisto,Nightowl, Twenty20 Mendocino, Dutch Passion, Jean-O's Genetics. All these companies have been extremely good to me. And they stand behind what they sell. I cannot say the same for Great Lakes Genetics.

I thought they carried @Jean-O 's stuff but I don't see it listed anymore. Could have been similar friction there.

So save yourself the trouble and STAY Away from Great Lakes Genetics. Get your Bodhi somewhere else.

Can you call your bank and file a chargeback to the card for fraud? You'll have to provide evidence for the dispute, but then THEY (the bank) will call THEM and explain there's a dispute on the charge, and then THEY get to try to defend it to the bank lol (it's fun times.)

No it has been lost it the mail and they have not said anything about sending a replacement. They want me to cross my fingers and hope it shows up.

So i will file a charge back if i have to. But i was trying to avoid this. I just wanted them to say don't worry well send you another package but they have not said anything like that. This is the reason i created the post. I know alot of people are buying beans ATM and if they are having logistical problems then people should stay away. Especially if they aren't going resend a package that is showing up as not delivered.

I ordered a few times and had no issues up until this last one. No i live a few states over. I would rather order from the breeder but they have stuff nobody else has. Like older stuff that's not in production anymore. And this makes it worse because the stuff can't be replaced because GLG only had one of the stuff i ordered.

The only reason I know there name is from the emails. I probably should have left out the names.
