Lighting Induction lighting revisited

Cool... The ones I have use a way different light spectrum leaning to flowering. The bysen X2's lean more toward the veg side than the ones I have and I like the results you're getting. I called myself looking through all the information you've put out (a really fine service to the site) but I can't recall seeing if you have taken a grow from start to finish with your X2's... Have you?

Thanks for all the great info. :peace:

Thanks X!

I have not done a complete grow with these lights yet.
This is the first start to finish grow with them and i am really liking the results!

As for them leaning towards the veg side, i am not so sure...
They flowered this girl amazingly well!

I am hoping they will do a great job from start to finish and nothing has me worried at this stage of the game!
I will be updating my journal this weekend again!

I didn't mean to indicate they were too far to the bloom side. I am familiar with the spectrum of the X2 and it does lean very heavily toward the blue side compared to the ones I have... almost flipped. My concern about the ones I have, is that they may not have near enough blue to use for the veg stage. I really do appreciate the info, bro. :peace:

Have a read through this thread as well:

This is the spectrum of the LED lights:

.LED parameter: 180PCSX3W R(660nm):B(470nm):R(640nm):B(440nm):IR(740nm)=90pcs:18pcs:36pcs:18pcs:18pcs
2. Input voltage/power: 100~240VAC/315W
3. Plug type: UK plug
4, 90 degree LEDS

Hope this helps a bit!

Thanks, bro. It turns out, I had the wrong spectrum on the X2's, which I would not have noticed unless I had asked you, Also, it's encouraging to find out that our red/blue ratio is identical, even though the nm numbers are not. Now, I'm far less apprehensive about putting seedlings under them. :peace:

hey brother! i went back and looked at the overhead shot's and noticed something else....the induction plant has distorted leave's, there serration's are
not as pronounced as the led plant, and there are fewer serration's. what do you think?:peace: :smokebuds:

I know scarhole is an induction light advocate and he has the proof it works...I was thinking about light wars lol and it reminds me of the war between cd,dvd,bluray....There are allot choices for lights..witch one is the best really depends on getting standards and everyone agreeing to thos standards really matters is what company has the most money to push their tech..So right now everyone is getting behind LED so that market will get the better research and more results due to it pushing to be top dog..T5HO is trying but now towns and cities are all getting LED lights ...MY point lol IM BAKED ...Unless the market suddenly flips...the best bet is to get in with LED so you can follow along as it gets better faster then any other lighting choice...Not to say other lights dont grow wont grow or cant grow ..but i think its riskier to get into a type of thing that may not have parts or you cant get in the future.I would love to have money to play with some different tech but untill its gotten some footing whats the point when there are proven producers.with same or better heat output, par,or spectrum.LOL now I would be just trying to be different for the sake of being different lol Just sayin:coffee break::hug::karma Cloud:
