Im starting this new thread as the 2020 season comes to an end and I want to start a new thread for the year. Last year I ran a single thread all year long and didn't seem to get too much traffic so this year I will probably create a new thread for each grow I do... This grow is already about 4 weeks into flower and I have already harvested the pollen and pollenated this round. I really started this round with the intentions of gathering pollen from the forgotten cookies so I can further my breeding project with the Whats my name strain and to continue work on the Blue Dog and bring it to a F4 stage. So as far as my intentions the grow has been a success so far and I have some bonus new crosses that will come from this grow, a new cross of strawberry kush x Blue Dog and a new cross of Black n Blue x Forgotten Cookies. Lots of good things in the mix with this round and the next to come will also be some new breeding projects...

I think it was about a week ago I had pollenated. I didn't harvest the branches with the pollen sacks I had been spraying with the CS until a few days ago so Im pretty sure Ive had a good open pollination going on in the cab as well.
The Blue Dog takes to the CS really good and I got a ton of pollen off from it. Both of its parents took real good the the CS as well so its been pretty easy to work with. The Forgotten Cookies was a bit tougher and produced a decent but small amount of pollen enough that I can do what I had planed with at least. This was my last round of breeding I plan on using the CS for as it was a bit hit and miss with the results. I had a big bottle I wanted to use up before I switch to STS which from my reading and talking to others on here works much better and produces much better pollen. I think ive been using the CS for about 2 years now and its worked pretty good as a cheap stepping stone I would say for learning how to breed.

Blue Dog and Forgotten Cookies Double pot that I spayed for the pollen.

I should be able to squeez in one more round of auto breeding before I have to get things going for the outdoor photo's. Last year I made 2 different Gorilla Glue crosses with the Blue Widow from Dinafem also crossed the blue widow to an OG Cheese, blue cheese cbd, and glass slipper which were several of my crosses from the year before. I got some beans from Sweet Seeds coming this year from a couple of 3rd place finishes in the outdoor contest for the 2021 outdoor grow I plan on crossing into whatever I grow for photo's outdoors again this year the Dinafem beans were winnings from the prior year.

I meant to post pics of this when I got it then life got busy for a minute. This was one of my Christmas presents my wife got for me this year.
