I'm not positive about the voltage. If you already have the cobs I'd give one a try on the driver. It's either going to work or not work at all but it's not going to hurt anything. Pop is correct on the voltage but you never really know till you try it. The driver could be under rated

The yellow box is what you have. Clu48-1812
You should be between the 500&700 current 50.2v and 30 watts. 48% efficiency

Oh yeah that probably won't turn on. However when I sent this bitch out for repair they replaced on driver with a higher voltage. Look at the pic it has n8 in marker. Think of 50v.

It looks like a 3rd channel for a 12v fan that isn't used. It's 50v so I'm inching closer lol.

OK so now question is if I tie the channels together and double the outputs is that going to be too many volts or do the volts even double at all @BigSm0 @pop22? Good thing is I have a fire extinguisher.

The first pic is actually the two channels twined into each other @51.68v. The second pic is a single channel @51.69v. No idea what this means but it didn't blow up so I guess it's a step in the right direction. FYI I did have a fire extinguisher and safety glasses on foot safety purposes.

No, you can't double the drivers. Technically possible, but inadvisable, these are not simple transformers, there are complex electronics in them. Or every Chinese light ever made would do it to save 2 cents......
