Lighting LED only thread (the manual)

Hi, Thanks for sharing your experience. Would you mind expanding a bit on what issues you had? I'm not necessarily interested in these particular lights, but it could help to identify LEDs that will NOT have the problems.

Well all I can say is the fan noise was so loud it sounded like a 747 was taking off.
Spectrum was off far to many blue and only a handful of reds. No veg/flower
Switch. Components inside were not as advertised.
If you do a Google search you will see Quantum LED UK SCAM - Buyer Beware!.
I may have had a duff one who knows but I have read some interesting comments from people have tried to get their money back. I will leave it to you to do a search and make your own mind up.
Anyhow got rid of that one and got a Magnum + and haven’t looked back.
I know how frustrating it is searching and checking specs ETC but it is worth doing your homework can save you a bundle. Hope this helps.

At first glance they look like 1st generation panels but they use Epistar chips and the spectrum looks ok so thats good but the price is 600 euros for 90w,thats a lot of paper for not a lot of light.

That UFO "looks" like it was made by Bysen-BSLED. Looks like the same lense and the LED color orientation in the picture is identical.
