Yoy could buy a cheap multimeter and measure the data about the drivere to se if they can be of use.
Then use then with some Nichia 108 which has a good price compared to Vero and Cree.
I have bought some Artic 64 and Artic 11 processor coolers that is quite inexpensieve and just fit one cob each.
I now believe that that solution will be better and cheaper than any other chinese red and blue lamp of the same watt´s.

I think I may just toss my leds and hang my T5s back up, for some reason I don't see near the veg growth with led

I just got a mars2 400. A few questions. Growing auto. Do you leave lights on24/7? I can switch between veg and flower. Should I switch or leave all the light on?

i've been growing under cheap led growlights for 2 years now, never a problem with the lights and seedlings. Your lights are probably still too close. If they aren't stretching raise the lights to 30-34 inches. Once you have at least three nodes, lower them to 24-28" . by the fifth node you can drop them to 16-18".
I'll see if I can find a pic for you. its a Blue Drgaon F1 that was started under 67watts of really cheap DIY LED. within 10 days, it was a Monster!

this shows you my young plant with the light at about 28". And this is just a truly shitty light!

I woke up she was praying so she did better last night for sure, but now I'm confused do I keep raising the lights with her, do I let them stay at 20-24, do I lower.

You can get info from 10 different people notice we all same same thing.... Relax, raise light seedlings 24" I always do some go higher.... Put at 24" for your plant and leave it for a week. It will change plants need time. Changing from T5 spectrum to LED will stress which you already did once. Burn 1 and chill it's all good.
