I use coconut oil tho not mct and i usually add a big ass spoonful!

Coconut oil is a natural constipation remedy so this is not surprising

@Lil Dab how's your day going? Not much going on down this way, it looks awesome outside, but damn it's still cold and the gusty wind makes it rather uncomfortable outside doing stuff, especially in the shade, lol

Going alright haven't been up too long yet for much to go wrong.. Got up around 10 made breakfast and been wandering the house bored cause yeah it looks nice out but it's damn cold.. I might go to the garage and start cleaning up so I can get to the boat or might just be lazy all day smoke and jam
