The backyard fence run I built 16 years ago needed new top plate and rails. Renters a few years back watered the fence as much as the lawn
I asked them not to do that but they did not give a shit. The newest home owner asked me the other day if he bought the wood would I do the labor. Hell Yes, I was planning on buying the wood and doing it in the fall already. I had the good sense to use screws to build the fence with originally so unscrew the pickets from the top plate replace it, screw them back on and then do the bottom rail. Most of it is pretty easy but bending over to unscrew and screw the bottom rail is a killer on my old back. I did 2 sections a day early in the morning before it gets too hot. I finished the job this morning.
I need to make chocolate tomorrow so the pressing had to be done today! The MSG is some of the most fragrant rosin I have ever pressed. The whole house reeks of it!
