Either way, great work! I can't speak to the trichome readiness. I have never managed to capture so good a look as you shared with your photos. Do you mind if I ask what you're using? Next time around, I was thinking about rubber banding my vivosun loupe to my iphone to see if it works better - I can't do much with the damn thing and my naked eye.

Before I got my scope I used the photo editing suite.... ....

Take 1 good Crisp photo of the whole bud.....like @Olderfart First shot and crop the fluck out of it..........


As long as the photo is good quality/no shake...you'll get a real good close up.

I can See a few areas on @Olderfart 1st shot that would magnify out in good quality close ups....

G'day Peeps, a bit o' porn for you, and canvasing opinions on how close to choppity chop.

These are trich shots of my Mephisto Fugue State today at ~Day 65 as I recall:

What I see is still quite a bit of clear, just a hint of ambering, but I am not sure that I have the separation sorted in my stoner brain. Absent contrary advice, I will hang in there a while longer. I am not looking for couch lock, I just want to avoid being too early and making paranoia from this strong sativa girl.

Nope @Bill.de.Cat .. ...you don't get purple trichomes... it looks as if it is..it's becase of leaf colur reflection....and shot angle...

If kids can believe in Santa, Tooth Fairy , Easter Bunny and such...I can believe in purple trichomes.....

Morning kittens....yup, freaking cold but at least wind isn't blowing like yesterday. Nothing really planned for the day other than staying warm as I can......real Florida native, don't do cold well at all.
The wally world clip fans came yesterday, nothing special but they are moving air around in the tent, lets see how long these last. Might be a little project for the day, making side rails for the tent so they got a place to perch.
Been doing a little experiment with the thermpro temp-humidity pucks off fleabay.....let's just say there's a range of 8 to 10 degrees between them. Hung them from lines in the canopy, 2 even back to back and none show the same. Since my ink birds are on the shelf at the moment was thinking about testing them, only have 2 of them but it might be a bit informative on how much growers should place their trust in the accuracy of the readings.
Well, need more coffee......
