Afternoon Kittens. Another busy day piddling around getting some little things done and out of the way. Weather is warming up and actually feel like I'm not half froze all the time.

Fortunately for us we only have about 20 months to go on the mortgage and at 68 and seeing 69 coming quickly,; I'm not going anywhere. It will come in handy when I want to borrow $30k for my solar array!

Well, having a home free and clear is really nice! I haven't had a house payment since the late 90s.

Yeah I'm not going anywhere either! Lol! I'd hate to buy a home today as a young person!

Thank God my property taxes aren't like making a house payment!
