I got a hold of my plumber this morning, I have an appointment for today to at least formulate a plan. I did not sleep for shit last night as I thought of all the ways to repair the leak that have been suggested here (Thank you all) and many more ideas. By the time I rent a concrete saw and fumble fook around I can just have the plumber do it for the same money.

I am a lot more optimistic about a compression fitting since I got the cabinet removed and exposed the wall. I think the pipe that is leaking is the one with the red arrow or maybe the purple one. In any event it looks like it can be chiseled out of the stucco. to allow access to the rear of the pipe?

I had a copper pipe wear through where it went through a concrete slab floor one time. I suppose that every time the water was turned on or off the pipe moved a little, until eventually the concrete abraded a hole in the pipe. Unfortunately I was out of town for 3 months when it happened. My gf got a plumber to fix it and she dried out the resulting flood. She didn't know I had all my money in a floor safe embedded in the concrete floor, covered by a rug. When I got back, the safe was full of black, stinky water. The combination lock was completely rusted and I had to cut the lid of the safe with drill and sawzall. Even after running my money through the washer and dryer it was still black on both sides, and smelled stank. It was still recognizable as money, and I was able to spend it, but I got a lot of funny looks and comments.

I don't know? But reading your stated problems I think you should see a doctor sooner rather than later!

The plan to fix the leak is to poke a hole in the floor and the wall, change the steel on both hot and cold lines down to below grade and use pex to attach the lines out from under the floor to the outside under the sidewalk so there is new pipe under all of the floor in the utility. Hopefully tomorrow if he does not get any out of control water calls but for sure Saturday morning if he cannot make it tomorrow.
