I was lying...about 5.30am...trying to get back to sleep......and Gus lets out this low warning growl...

Shhh...I'm trying to listen to see what he is growling at.....

growl.....shhh....growl...shhh......Bloody BOOM....

The cabin shook...the windows rattled and the dogs shot off panicked in different directions.........the Thunder had to be right on top of us..........

And...hubby slept through the Lot of it...............no further sleep for me though..........or the dogs.....

I kinda surprised too. It's a tiny plant and still got a couple weeks to go so I don't think it's gonna make it. Rot usually really gets going here in a couple of weeks
