Here most gas stations have charging stations and them things always empty! Plenty of piece of shit trucks filling up on diesel tho!

Some smaller gas stations have these big portable solar powered charging stations that are basically on a trailer! Big gas station near me called Buccees has prob over 100 gas pumps but at far end of parking lot just put in a dozen or so actual tesla branded charging stations!

To be effective u really need a good solar setup at your house where u can charge at home! On the road tho seems like it would take a shitload of power which is provided by a plant operating on not so environmentally friendly methods!
