Then there was the chicken and pepper paella...all chicken on the bone so you get the best bits for the stock..I roast them off first to brown them and skim the fat a bit..or it does make it a bit too fatty.
All done by 12.30 today..so I had Brunch..
I took a chicken carcass down to make a chicken stock/soup too..but both pressure cookers were occupied..so it will be waiting for tomorrow.

Now...what do you fancy trying First..?.....

BTW..don't tell Hubby...he Think I just have a lazy day while he is out playing golf..and I Think it is quite endearing that he Still believes there is a Food Fairy who comes in and cooks all these things while he is Asleep...
