New Grower Looking for input from experienced Northern Lights growers

Wow all these where started at the same day? The White Dwarf looks like it is flowering already.

Anyway the genetics are different, Indica / Sativa ratio too as well between NL and White Dwarf.

From what I can tell from this photo, my NL at day 32 looked more like your 3rd one. I guess you are looking at about 2x the height you have now. From what I read, plants from seeds, don't turn all the same, even if raised in the same conditions, that's why clones are preffered from growers with a big grow.

Definitely flowering going on. The smallest one isn't showing much in that arena either. I've actually considered euthanizing it or giving it to my friends as a houseplant and telling them to put it by a sunny window.

I'd be more patient, rushing things will definitely lead to decisions you may regret later. Wait at least 10 more days and see how they turn out. My AK was over 10cm shorther than the NL and suddently in 1 week it gained a lot and is actually taller now.

Are you sure all of them are perfectly healthy? They look OK from the photos just wondering...

Oh, they're all green as can be. But the grow has gotten complicated because I have 2 different strains doing their things and one NL in particular developing way slower. She's tiny, tiny and not a hint of flowering so while the other 3 plants can switch to bloom nutes and redder light the runt is going to have to tag along for the ride. I'm NOT going to create conditions to nurse the little one along. And the height adjustments under the light? The piling up of cookbooks and accounting texts is getting crazy. So, I'm letting her reside in the tent but she's getting hind tit.

Vision have not so strong genetics. I tried their White Widow photo once and was really disappointed to what i know from ww grows back in the Days. Nl wise we grown the Sensi Seeds Version Photo and Bulldog Seeds Photo both were exellent and autowise try the Royal Queen Seeds version they used the Top Noth NL for theis Auto

I grew 2 vision seeds white widow auto. both were small plants so you might be right about height genes but to this day that white widow was the most potent stanky sticky frosty shit I ever smoked. no lie man, favorite to this day. my point is give her some time. baby her a little, I could almost bet you in the end she will prolly make you happiest... just my 2 cents

The genetics are suspect. 2 plants small, the larger one with leaf problems as in brown markings and what not.View attachment 392906View attachment 392907

I'll take your recommendation for RQS NL auto under advisement.

I'm swaying to your side of the equation. I edged the lil ones closer to ground zero under the light, raised her up.

These look like deficiencies, the first one like Boron or Calcium and the second one like Phosphorus. However this is just a guess by looking at symptoms pictures, I am not that experienced. Do you know the pH of your soil or the difference between feeeding pH / run off? Sometimes even if you think every plant is in the exact same enviroment, something might be off.

My NL has a pH of about 6.5 in soil, but my AK-47, with exact same feedings, soil etc had a pH under 5.5 which caused various problems until fixed. No idea why that happened, still.

To get excellent results from mediocre is one thing, but it shouldn't be that hard to just avoid oddball problems.

I also read your other thread. I have also grown all kinds of vegs... carrots, peppers, tomatoes etc. Cannabis seems to be so much harder, and it should be, as it is a delicate flower and not a vegetable. It reacts to even the smallest change in it's grow enviroment. The slang "weed" couldn't be any farther from the truth!

I thought the same thing, believing that most of the information out there is to get the extra something from each plant. Turns out it's not. The one thing I've understood is that experience is everything. Most information out there, comes from the same sources. If you start googling you'll come across the same info over and over again, copied from various books I've read. That's why places like AFN are so great, you get to talk with people with much more experience, and get a second and third and fourth opinion.

I have started a new plant, and I can already see that by avoiding simple mistakes I did in the first time, it is already doing A LOT better than my firsts at his age. Keeping a full grow journal in an excel file or something, plus regular photographs is key.

Good luck to us all. :)
