I started to notice some brown in the roots but it doesn't seem to be making any difference. This lady is trucking right along! I'll start a brew of bene tea for her tomorrow.
The local hydro market didn't have the Ancient Forest I needed to brew the tea, but I picked up some earth worm castings instead. While I was there they gave me a sample of their tea so I will add that to the ladies reservoirs in the mean time.
She's starting to lose some leaves and I'm not sure why, but I'm assuming it's connected to the brown that showed earlier in the roots. That tea can't brew fast enough! If you can help diagnose it I'd greatly appreciate it!
Ok i thought i do sweet update on me girls,iv been having some trouble with me ph,as it just drop so low it lock out me girls,ok iv know got them sorted out,got the ph back up,not too were i like it too be,but
Thanks GA, but I haven't had any real ph troubles. I check them at least thrice a day and have never seen it lower that 5.3 and higher than 6.2. Recently it has been around 5.5 steadily but I've added some pH up today, shooting for 5.8. Does it look like a specific lack or toxicity of anything that you can recall? Maybe I'm missing something basic here. If the teas don't help I'll buy new buckets to see if that makes any difference but after that I'm lost.
