I've picked up some of the meridian stuff, how does one know how much to add to one's feed solution?

Sorry, went a bit 'Royal' then, what what what....

 Hey Lunch'- ..folks got the bases covered here pretty well!... I've asked some top growers here about it's affect on flavor, and there's nothing to this,... benefits toward aromatics and resin is indirect,... directly though, molasses does indeed have significant amounts of Ca, Mg, K and a little Fe, in chelated forms (more readily absorbed),... a little sugar rush too, for the microbes, which in turn ramp up their various nutrient cycling to the benefit of the plant,... good to use through the whole grow, but stop during the final cleansing before harvest ( in soil/coco, at least a week or so depending on your feeds, etc.),... you want the plant to be drawing off all the extra goodies, tapping into reserves and even to kinda starving at the very end, to make for nice, clean smoke!...dosing is 1T/gal....

Do you mean 1 tablespoon per gallon or 1 teaspoon Waira? I might have been using too much!

Dazed :Sharing One:LOL! you gellie! big T= tablespoon..... and good point: one can use too much or too often,... many folks during most of the grow, go once a week, maybe twice if they're crankin'.... I don't think molasses is particularly concentrated, so for treating actual defc., I recommend the dedicated stuff... that said, you have to be careful not to overdo your Ca and Mg inputs (including the hardness of the water used); remember, these are secondary and micronutrients... too much of either can lead to bad interactions and absorption issues with some other nute's,... too much sugar (or too often) in the soil might make for some bad microbe Ju-Ju ***... Elvis a while back I looked at the differences between brands, and it turns out Brer Rabbbit has more good stuff in it than Grandma's,... though, I like the taste of Grandma's better! :roflcry: So, one for me, one for da ladiezzz.....

Thanks so much for that info! I was using every water :Woopsadaisy: oooops, although most times I water 2-3 times per 7 days. I'll cut it down one and use molasses twice. First class info Waira, thank you brother! :Sharing One:
