Yes, I am actually about to set up my first grow tent. My previous grows were in a box.
People have differing ideas about the best way to grow. Your local laws and the gear you have
also influence what you do.
So people like to have a lot of plants in a lot of pots. Others like to grow bigger plants in bigger pots.
I think it's Holland, but there is a place where you can only grow one plant. A group got together and
bought a greenhouse, and they grow plants 10 feet tall that produce pounds of pot.
It's all good. With the small pots you spend a lot of time fussing over a lot of little plants.
This is what I have at the moment...

I have heard great things about Hempy pots and Air Pots. Making a Hempy pot is easy (although some grow stores sell
them pre made). You drill a hole in the pot (that has no holes at all) 1/3 of the way up, and then cement a mesh over the hole to hold the soil in.
When the plant is flowering, you just water until liquid drips out the hole.
A lot of this is just personal preference, you try something, if you like it, you stick with it.
I am an old guy that likes to garden, so to me pot is just another plant that I like.
Hydro can get expensive, potting soil... not so much.
Things I do like... potting soil with mycos, liquid fish fertiliser, perlite (pot likes good drainage, depends on the soil, maybe 10% perlite).
Autos are a highly developed breed, they are brilliant, but they can be fussy. I don't like to transplant. I give them a soak in water, and then
put them in the pot where they stay. One thing I do is I dig out a cone shaped hole 5 or 6 inches deep, and fill it with potting soil that has no nutes.
The seeds don't want to see nutes at first. I water it a little, put the seed on it, sprinkle some dry soil on top of that, and take a tablsp of water
and pour it where the seed is. Then you cover the pot so it's dark, keep it warm, check it daily.
