200w Feliz "Blue" (VEG) and "Red" (Flower) Cfls
2x 65w "Daylight" (Veg) and "Cool Light" (Flower) or 150w Feliz Dual Spectrum Cfls
Nutrients: Nirvana Soil/Flower Tabs
Seedlings under 2x 65w cfl Daylight with heating mat
Paper Towel germination 100%
Germination in small gremination pots (waiting for SmartPots to arrive)


This is going to be a real Micro grow. I'm using 1 gallon SmartPots. I don't have the room inside the SuperBox for 4 two gallon containers. I need the space to add the extra Cfls to improve the lighting.

The problem that I'll have is keeping the SuperBox inside temp around 75F-80F during the cool/cold months. I've used the room A/C to keep the Den's temp on the cool side. That's going to be an issue during autumn and winter. I'll have to see how I can keep the room temp down without leaving the windows open.

This the 1st time growing N/L and my 2nd attempt at S/R.

Germed; 10-13-13
Germination Pots; 10-13-13
Broke thru soil; 10-15-13
Total seed germination; 100%
Four days from soaking to germination.

One gallon SmartPots will arrive on 10-16-13
Transplant into SmartPots by carefully cutting bottom of germ pot and place into soil. This should prevent any shock to the tiny seedlings. Watering with Route 66 to help in root growth and any shock that may occur.

I'm gonna just let them grow. If necessary I'll do LST, but with the 1 gallon S/Pots they'll be short. The CFL lighting may change some what. Need to keep the Super/box cool. I may have to push it into the 80F-85F (25c-30c) range. Plenty of air circulation inside. Soil/Flower tabs may be cut to 1/2; really cannot get much info from Nirvana on them about Autos. They are organic so I'm not too worried about "burning". Flush real good if any issues.

This needs to be an inside stealth grow. :No: Nobody :no:

Those Nirvana NLs can pump out some buds! I've got a few going right now. Sounds like you have a good grasp on the concepts and what it takes to grow these beauties. Take care of them and they'll take care of you! Nuf' said. Peace!

The Nirvana Weed Portal has some info on Soil/Flower Tab use with Autos, but not much. When you're looking at 12 plus weeks for an auto. I'll be able to use them w/o an issue. It'll be a good experiment.

I was under the impression that the soil tabs lasted six weeks then, when exhausted, a Flower tab is deployed ... if that's how it works it could prove to be very interesting for autos if it doesn't stunt them ... I know I want to try the soil tabs for photos ... switch them to 12/12 after 4 weeks and switch to bloom fertilizer till they finish out ... maybe BioBizz grow for the duration to keep the soil happy ...

Following Muddy's thread on The Life of Autoflower Cannabis. Four to six weeks is the time the girls will enter pre-flower. Vertical grow should stop around five-six weeks. The soil tabs last six weeks. Then push in the Flower Tab for the remainder of the grow. A Nirvana Portal grower says that the Tabs were made for Autos. We'll take that with a grain of salt. I had zero issues with them on my photo Bubblicious Grow. I did add Awesome Bloosom and Floralicious Plus during the Flower Cycle.

When I used the Tabs for the Bubblicious. I let the Bubbles Veg for six weeks; then pushed the Flower tab in the soil. That extra two weeks of veg put some extra bush on them.

Toothpicks are the N/L (top); S/R (bottom).

One gallon SmartPots should arrive today. Going to wait till the girls get the 1st set of leaves before putting into SmartPots. Also the cable company needs to re-wire my home this week; gotta keep this grow quiet until they finish.
