So far so good on the Soil Tabs????

Funny thing. Two of the girls' water runoff is lower than the other two. This soil mix was mixed at the sane time. I mixed enough and then some of the Happy Frog, perlite and dolomite lime to fill the four one gallon S/Pots. All ph water IN was 6.6. These readings are the same as last watering.

N/L#1 is 6.5
N/L#2 is 6.0
S/R#1 is 5.7
S/R#2 is 6.6

Cannot figure this out. Ph meter is calabrated.

I suspect you're seeing the result of the Soil Tabs in those two pots lowering the ph ... did the plants look OK ?

The ph is only off by 0.6-0.9. That's not bad and nothing to worry about. It's going to take some time to get the feel of this grow. Journeyman Jitters that's all.:Stones slap: Foliar sprayed 1/4 teaspoon @ 500ml ThriveAlive Green B-1 (organic) with 3 drops Meyer's Hand Soap after the first week of transplanting. T/A Green it nurtures a “green up” effect: keeping leaves strong and lush, while promoting cellular division at the internodes.

I've often wondered if putting an air stone in the bottom of a pot would be a good idea ... not constant air flow but somewhere around 30 seconds per hour ... might even be a difference between dark & light time ... If the tabs don't burn them they will probably do incredibly well ...

There is a system called autopot and for that system they have a "Airdome" it's a airstone that is put at the bottom at the pot
So it think it would work
There is a growjournal somewhere in here whit the system

Thanks for the input KsjAuto ... I cut a 1" thick synthetic furnace filter to fit in the bottom of the pots ... no more swampy bottoms ...

Week Two

The one gallon SmartPots fit in well. Plenty of room to add additional CFL lighting.

This the weekly shots of the N/L-S/R Micro Grow.
The girls are looking good. I'm concerned with N/L#2. She has something strange going on with her leaves. I folar sprayed them the other day with ThriveAlive B-1 (Green) with 2 drops of Meyer's Hand Soap. I didn't spray them the next day with plain water to wash off any residue. I'm hoping N/L#2 is has just soap residue.
