Here is how I do my crude for making edible tinctures and such. It is worth to me to get everything I can from the plants.
I do not decarb before the process I use even though the heat is low seems to be enough to get the job done.
I use a vacuum pump not shown and cannot recommend you use one for safety reasons.

I use trimming and smaller buds or leftovers from pressing. I buy high proof alcohol.
It all goes in the freezer till needed.

I mix them together and agitate on and off for 10 to 15 minutes. Full buds are run with the alcohol in the blender for short bursts.

Next, they are strained through a strainer into the Buchner funnel with a coffee filter.

I then strain again with 2 coffee filters.

Gets the rest of the debris out.

Into the still.

This saves the alcohol and starts the process of concentrating. I try to bring it down to 75ml to 100. Even if you measure how much goes in you need to check it so you don't overcook it. If it is to think you can add alcohol but it will cool it down and not pour out well.

Cooking on the hotplate with a magnetic stirrer. I don't let the plate temp get any higher than 250.

It will start to foam up after a while. If it is getting too high up the speed of the stirrer till it breaks up.
The bubble will get really small at the end like Guinness in a can pouring a glass. You will get to the end and there should be no bubbles.
That means the alcohol and the co2 are mostly gone. When getting near the end check temp of the crude it will start to rise and turn the plate down so you do not burn it.

The last step is to suck up with oral syringes. I use 3ml and 1ml.

These are what I got after 3 runs over 51 ml.

Now we are left with a dirty contain which I will use to make some MCT oil tincture leaving no waste.

I am sure people do these other ways. It is just the method I use and works well for me. won't use iso because I am concerned about it. So for at least 51ml some syringes are overfilled so I would guess between 55 and 60, I blew through 3 liters of alcohol out of the 7.5 L that I started with. That would put me at less than $1.5o per ml with the syringe. I processed less than half of what I had. I have been lazy about it.

I've been using a soxhlet extractor still for mine.

I've been using a soxhlet extractor still for mine.
I use a condenser with ice for the vacuum.
I like the still it runs itself. I use it because it is basically made for it and is safe. Worst case scenario is you cook to long and it shuts off and I have to add alcohol to get to the stuff out.The bad thing is you have to shut it down to check it towards the end.
I would like to see an example how your extractor works, cause it looks so damn cool. Lab equipment is so cool but it not always so easy to get what you want.
