That's funny! LOL Hey have you ever used H2O2 in hydro? Or do you know anything about it? I got some to clean with but I have this algae I can't seem to shake. It still seems be on my roots after a really good rinse. I've read you can use it on live plants in hydro but not on young plants? Got me. On a positive note Summer is coming and that's porch sleeping weather. You have impeccable timing! Keep up the good work

once you use H2O2 you need keep using it, that's the down side. Better off to buy some Aqua Shield, or similar product H2O2 is fine to clean with but algae / pythium will return. Get your res temp down also 62F-70F, 65F while treating problems especially. Use ice bottles if you have to!

I used the H2O2 to see if I can beat the algae back. I've got to get it cleared up before I have to start the controller up again. The SLF-100 enzyme additive I'm using says it's compatible. You'll be the second to know.

pop, my res has been between 60F and 68F all winter. I think my problem was stagnation and light. I'll sort it eventually. :tiphat:

Day 21 I'm beginning to feel better about the grow. The algae seems to be abating. There is still brown on the existing roots but the new growth is white and the plants are growing. All in all they look pretty good my PPMs are still at 750 and the pH is stable at 5.6.

I may cull two more plants. I'm going to wait until I see if I've got any males.
