Lately I have been using the screen in the trimbin to dry sift all the trim. Usually get close to a gram or more of dry sift from just that. I dont have access to someone who can make small batches of clean oil right now. I do squish buds for rosin though, and this lady looks mighty juicy!! @auto noob

nice have you ever seen the dry sift screen you could bounce your dry trim and get a few grams of dry sift at different micron sizes also i should have been more specific i didnt mean oil but more like bubble hash and rosin

hair straighteners good parchment paper pre squish the bud into the size of a marble place in paper squish bud on low to medium heat for ten to twelve seconds till you hear a good sizzle and presto golden goodness im smokein some colorado coookies rosin now and it has a lovely mango taste on the exhale

I have. I would love a good set of screens, especially for my outdoor photos. Would be nice to sift some on a bigger screen. I also wouldn't mind a set of bubble bags.

I do prefer solvent less if possible but there are some insane extractors around here in the Recreational market that I would let run my stuff. Comes out insanely clean and last year's run was in the low double digits for terpenes. I will have them run mine again come harvest season. @auto noob


I do like auto noob said @coolbunny1234 I use a hair straightener, I use it on the lowest setting. I have lasered it at 225 degrees Fahrenheit. I pre squish my flower in the parchment paper I'm going to squish my flower. I try to do no more than a .25 gram at a time. That way the oils are there instead of on my fingers. I use all my body weight (150 lbs) and squish the flower for about 15 seconds. Comes out great, especially the greasy plants.

Grapey Walter is going to have great extraction yield potential. Can't wait!

Frosty update:

It's getting really frosty in here now!! Both Grapey Walter and Skyrone Stomper are both getting extremely resinous now.



Skyrone Stomper is on day 68 and is on her flush. She is only receiving well water only. Looking at her flowers, they look very tight with very little leaves to trim off. She has quite a few spear shaped flowers poking out everywhere. I had to tie up some of the branches and untie some of the others. Her flowers are getting to be too dense to hold herself up. I like that! Her terpene profile is light still but when she is disturbed she puts of a sharp grape smell. Skywalker comes through first with the grape from Tyrone at the end.

Looking at her, I think she probably has about a week left before she gets chopped maybe less.

Grapey Walter is on day 53 and just keeps getting prettier and prettier. Her flowers are filling in nicely and her trichome output is just amazing. She definitely takes after both parents and I love it. Her terpene profile is also light until disturbed. It is predominantly grape with a muskiness from the walter. She smells like she is going to be a pretty heavy smoke.

Supernatural OG is on day 21. She has just barely shown her preflowers yesterday along with her cousin. She has nice vertical growth with a Christmas tree structure. She looks like she is setting up to be a big lady or at least a lady with big flowers. Receiving well water only for now. No smell, just fresh plant.

Skywalker is on day 21 and has shown her preflowers yesterday. She was looking pretty bad for a bit there. I have babied her along and she seems to be better now. I culled the two lowest sets of brances, they were very weak and unhealthy looking. She seems to have liked that a lot and has focused more on her upper growth. Apparently she didn't like her lower limbs. My guess is yield will be a bit low on this lady since I'm missing a few branches but you never know. She might just surprise us.

Tester ladies:

CDLC is on day 18 and has shown her lady parts today. She is a very compact little lady with some big fat leaves on her. Hopefully her lower branches stretch out a little but otherwise she might be a single cola lady. I think she stands about 4.5 inches tall.

...Crinkled glue (GGG4) is also on day 18 but hasn't shown her lady parts just yet. I do see some pointy calyxes so it shouldn't be too much longer. She has recovered from her weird growth in the beginning pretty nicely. At the second node up, she didn't produce two branches, only one. So she looks a little funny because of that from the top view. Nice dark green foliage though. Looking good.

Yeti bear is on day 6. She and her two of cousins were knocked over accidently by my wife earlier today. They all look like they will make a healthy recovery though. Yeti bear will be transplanted tomorrow into her final home.

Sour Stomper (day 1) has sprouted today after being transplanted yesterday afternoon. Somewhere around 24 hours afterwards be transplanted. She was knocked over but seems just fine.

Cosmic glue (Space Queen x Chemdawg) tester lady sprouted within 48 hours. Was planted along with Sour Stomper yesterday. She looked to be pushing through this morning. She was also knocked over earlier. Just a little soil fell out so she should be fine.
