Update:


They look quite a bit different since the post. It always amazes me how fast these things are. I give them the essentials and they go crazy.

These pictures were taken last night right before their bedtime.

Double grape day 26, 16.5" tall. Today (day 27) she is just over 17.5". She is blasting off. There is also this weird stuff developing on the leaves and calyxes. That is crazy, five days into flower and developing trichomes already. I'm going to need to bust out the parka and gloves, there is a snowstorm in the forecast.

DBC illum [HASHTAG]#4[/HASHTAG] day 25, 6" tall. Today (day 26) she is a little over 7" with quite a few hours of "daylight" left to go upwards more. She is definitely a short bushy girl. I gave her 6.3c of well water last night and I did some minor defoliation to allow some light down low. Those fat dark green leaves don't allow much light through.

No pictures but SOA and MAT were transplanted earlier today, day 6. They had nice fuzzy white roots that had reached the bottom of the cup. MAT was getting ready to circle. She is going to be a big healthy girl, they both will really.

Update:


Amazing what a few days does. These girls are going crazy. Drinking lots of fluids and soaking up all those rays. They are still going upward but it has slowed down, just barely.


DG day 30 (20.75" tall), somewhere around halfway through her life. Nice big, healthy girl. She is grape crinkle dom but doesn't have the explosive trichome output quite yet. My GC was further along at this stage. Her flower production is better than GC was though. Sour Stomper had nice tight buds, so it looks like best of both so far!? Oh man, can't freaking wait!! She got a little more water than she has (8.4c total) been receiving plus some grandma's molasses for the herd.

DBC day 29 (8.5" tall), she is Very compact. Super dark green fat indica leaves. She is starting to get a bit frosty too. I culled a few lower leaves earlier to try to let some light/air through. I think I'm going to go ahead and do some LST to her, get those lowers exposed more. Next one of these I do, I will be topping her early so she has a better chance for everything to be exposed.

MAT and SOA are both on day 9 and are doing fantastic. Other than SOA, I got a little rambunctious in there earlier today and damaged a couple of her leaves. She will be alright though. She is the bigger of the two. SOA is a whole node ahead, guessing she is going big. Lol. They both got 4.2 c of well water yesterday. They were a bit thirsty, it was their first water since transplant, three days ago. They are sharing one 300w with some side lighting from the others in there.

Delayed my update hoping my black Friday order would be here yesterday. I'm guessing it got caught up in the weather. They will be here tomorrow, according to the tracking number. Can't wait, I'll be dropping at least 2 beans if not 3.

Gotta love @mephisto genetics. These girls are beasts!! They are super happy with life right now. Growing very fast. They still remain "unfed". Enjoying the living soil.



Double grape day 33. She stands 23.5" tall at the end of the night. Growth has stayed fairly steady. I'm loving the denser flower structure of sour stomper with the crazy trichome output of mama grape, prefect combo! Not much in the smell department lately. Light hints of dank.

Deep blue C Illuminauto [HASHTAG]#4[/HASHTAG] (mitch's pick) day 32. She finally went vertical today, one half inch to be exact. Bringing her height to a whopping 9". I think that was just bud growth. Lol. She is getting a deep musty smell with a hint of sweetness. Smells like she will be a heavy stone, exactly what I want.

Sour Orange Alien - SODK x Alien OG (Illum [HASHTAG]#3[/HASHTAG]) day 12. Other than the leaf I fucked up, she is doing great. She got 6.3c of well water with a touch of molassesuper yesterday. I'm not sure if I want to "beast mode" her or leave her. She is already going to be a big girl. Gave her leaf a finger hug earlier, she smells like a dank ass orange. I hope she reeks! I want the house to smell like her.

MAT - Ménage à Tyrone ( Illum [HASHTAG]#13[/HASHTAG] ) day 12
She is doing awesome as well. She also got 6.3c of well water with a touch of molasses yesterday. No smell from her, no finger hugging either.

Oh yeah, got my black Friday order today. Nice little surprises in there too. Couldn't wait and dropped two right away! They have germinating for 5 hours already.

These tyrone stomper seeds are almost black, they are really cool looking. The White Stomper x Sour Hound seeds are Huge! I'm calling her WHOOSH.

Update:

Wow wee eeee wow. (Borat voice).
These girls look amazing. No major differences other than they just keep looking better and better. They still get water every few days. I started some tea today for the bigger girls. Give them a little boost.

Double grape day 37, getting really frosty. She even has trichy stalks now! She stands 25.5" tall. Her height is still going up but it has definitely slowed down. Not much smell although I have gotten a slight grape scent a couple times.

Deep Blue C Illuminauto [HASHTAG]#4[/HASHTAG] day 36, over half of her is bud. She stands just under 9.5" tall. Her top flower is filing out pretty quickly. She has a deep smell to her. The other day I got a dirty dish water smell with a slightly skunky/sweet after note. It was interesting. Otherwise she has a musky sweet smell to her most of the time.

These were taken last night. They look even better today.

The other girls update is coming in a few minutes.

Update part 2:


Sour Orange Alien (Sodk x Alien OG- Illum [HASHTAG]#3[/HASHTAG]) she put out her female pre flowers on day 14. She is currently on day 16. I went ahead and did the beast mode activation. It culled her bad leaves and seems to have helped her growth. Which is what I was hoping.

Speaking of growth...

After I cut off the lowest branches. I noticed that one side had a double branch. I thought that was kinda cool and wished I hadn't cut it. I noticed the new set of growth up top had a weird color in just one leaflet on one leaf. It was lighter in color, like almost yellow. I didn't think much of it. But I noticed there is a double growth happening again right near that discoloration. I like it, gives me more places for flower to grow. She stands about 4.5" tall. She doesn't have much smell to her.

Ménage à Tyrone (Illum [HASHTAG]#13[/HASHTAG]) she also put out her pre flowers on day 14 and is on day 16 now. I really like her growth so far. Her lowest branches are nice enough that they have survived the knife, so far. Ha ha. She also stands about 4.5" tall. She has a slight smell to her. It's an interesting deep smell.

WHooSH (White Stomper x Sour Hound) was the first one to show any life. She was planted in a tall red solo cup of Oregons only [HASHTAG]#8[/HASHTAG] and a little dome was put over her last night. A day or two and she will be up and running. She is showing signs of life already, breaking through the soil.

Check out the size difference between the two, WHooSH is almost twice as big.

Tyrone stomper didn't show any life other than a swollen shell. So I took her and gently scuffed her up. I looked about seven hours later and saw that she had broken through and a tiny little taproot was sticking out. So I think she will be ready to plant later today.

Update:

Happy happy, joy joy. The biggest girls got their first dose of tea, 4.2 cups of tea and 4.2 cups of h20. DG yesterday and DBC got hers earlier this morning. They both have stopped upward growth. DBC did awhile ago but she is definitely focusing on fattening up now.

Double grape day 40. Standing 25.5" tall, all new growth will be bud and trichomes. Time for the finish. 25-30 days left or so. She really isn't putting out much smell, I guess she is saving it for the flavor. Grape crinkle didn't have much smell until late, if I remember correctly.

Deep Blue C Illuminauto [HASHTAG]#4[/HASHTAG] day 39. She stands a whopping 9.5" tall and most of it is bud!! She seems focused on just flower growth since she started flowering 18 days ago, never really going up much. She has a nice deep funky odor. Hard to describe. Perhaps a rotting fruit!? Slight berry note too. Smells heavy man!

Update part 2:


These two ladies are doing their pre flower stretch. They grew quite a bit over the last 24 hours, they got some h20. They are sitting on day 19 today, so we are right on track.


Sour Orange Alien (Sodk x Alien OG- Illum [HASHTAG]#3[/HASHTAG]) doing great after beast mode. Her double branch is nice and healthy. Freebie flower! Hopefully she will throw another one. She has thrown two so far, although only one remains. She stands right around 8" tall. She doesn't have much smell other than fresh chlorophyll.

Ménage à Tyrone (Illum [HASHTAG]#13[/HASHTAG]) This girl is a beast! She didn't need to be put into beast mode because she is already there. Her lowest branches have stayed and are not weak at all. She stands just over 9" tall. I think she will be a pretty big lady once she starts really stretching. This lady does have a dank smell to her already. Not super strong but it's there. Hope she is a real stinker.

WHooSH (WHite stomper x Sour Hound) is on day 2. She is doing great. Working her second set of true leaves already. This girl is quick! She is still under her dome. It will get removed tomorrow night and I will top her up with soil and probably a little h20.

Tyrone the Stomper, mom of future mephisto fire! She popped up late tonight, so I will call today Day 0.5. Her first set of leaves was looking really weak and yellow when she first popped up. In the blurry pics I got you can kind of see they aren't so yellow now. They actually looked fine when the lights went out. I think she heard I might cull her if she doesn't act up.
