Plant on pause?

I have this beautiful AvT here at day 46. She looks healthy to me but the buds haven't changed one bit in 10 days. The only thing I did was defoliate. And probably a bit too much I'm thinking? The conditions are right around 77 degrees F and about 34 rh. It was higher humidity but I took the humidifier out. It's in a 5g smart pot filled with ffof. And I use fox farm trio nutes. Very lightly so far. And I use 2 260w quantum boards in a 4x4

So what could be the problem with this poor girl?

She doesn't look bad for day 49. Exercise patience. The last few weeks will probably bring you bigger buds. Good luck.

... you may have shocked her some,... defol' can easily be too much, too fast.. remember that the leaves serve several purposes, and the sudden loss of many can put the plant into a stall-out while she tries to compensate for those sudden losses,...
