Hi everyone! I am back for round 2 and I will be growing Short Stuff SharkBite. This will be more of an experimental grow. I plan on topping ,LST and transplanting to keep things as short as possible since my last grow was too much for my cabinet. The seed will be going into coco tomorrow and I will be posting my updates here.

Sweet all sub up and tune in :d5:

Today two seeds were placed in 80/20% Coco and perlite. They were placed in a solo cup with plenty of holes drilled into it. I flushed the cups with bottled spring water ph 5.8, sprinkled some GH Subculture M into the holes and dropped the seeds in. This is my first time planting seed directly in coco. My past grows were all started in jiffy pods. I dropped 2 seeds into the cup since one of them seems to have stalled germination. I will be posting back once they sprout.

Small update for this morning. I am keeping the cup in a Tupperware container loosely covered in a sand which bag. Then I placed it all on top of a cabinet in my kitchen. I checked on it tomorrow and after poking around in the coco I was able to see a 1/4" tap root popping out. I hope by tomorrow morning she will be above ground. Once she is up she will go back into the cabinet under 16/8 light.

As of last night she was 1/2" out of the soil. I turned on the light for a 20/4 schedule and I placed a clear plastic bag over the top of cup to act as a humidity dome. The top of her was bent 90 degrees and I hope by this afternoon she is standing straight and the cotyledons are open. I will post a picture tonight.

I'm not too sure about this seedling. There is nothing healthy looking going on. I think I might have to scratch this grow.

Unfortunately the sprout never improved. I decided to pull her from the dirt and try a different strain.

Mephisto Heisenberg special. Fingers crossed that these pop!
