You’re at the ‘cure’ stage, right? I think I kept them there for about a month, maybe a little more.
I would assume, at the current moisture content they have currently, they are still fermenting..........................but I think at a slower rate with where I have them stored.
Has most of this 'magical effect' process already occurred?
 
Well, the cobbs had been sitting in a brown paper bag drying.
With a great deal of the moisture removed, they are now back in the vacuum bags and sitting in storage for aging.

Naaaaaaaaaaaaa.............. I'm sorta treating it like a temple ball! :eyebrows: I let my very first temple ball age for a year. No, I'm not gonna let this age for that long before I sample it, at least one of them. that temple ball was well worth the wait!:eyebrows::headbang::headbang::headbang:
