ok, wow, i wazn't plannin on havin to do any o' this today/tonite, ahh! so hey @Waira , forgive me if i don't get it all quite right, lol eg i know there'z no live bud pic included, but i won't be trimmin her up & washin the budz til tomorrow at least, mebbe 2-3 more dayz, so i'll jus make another entry after all that'z done, if that'z cool u see, all o' this came literally outa nowhere earlier today, as i decided to nonchalantly check her trichz...i wazn't expectin to see much yet, but lo & behold, two of her lower budz are def showin amber...nowhere on the upperz, which is kinda weird...soooo, it appearz as tho a staggered harvest is in order, with the aforementioned lower budz gettin snipped & trimmed after i post this, then washed tomorrow...hence, why i decided to g'head & post me harvest pic now duz all that make sense so far-? tbh, i may well give her another 2-3 dayz whilst i keep an eye on the trich progression before the full chop, idk yet the rest of her trichz are probly 70-75% cloudy i guess, so...i'll jus hafta see how i feel about it tomorrow, lol anyhoo, i wanna g'head & give shoutz to @Mr B. from Female Seeds for the oppurtunity to grow yet another stellar example of female seedz geneticz Pearl is def the healthiest, and eziest, plant i've grown so far, handz down oh, and plz take note that she was a water only grow, from drop to chop, woot! and with that, i'm outa here, choo-choo! ppp

UPDATE- both far flung forest girls are doing good, paling fans on both... but oh well. Feed once a week, MC+BE+molasses 1 gal per plant. In my surveying job i have stumbled upon a few grows in the outdoors and by far my plants are much larger than those... they are stacking and pistils are popping.

@Waira Weekee update on Green Poison photo

These GP's are doing what they do in a good way. Backed off on MC to 2g/gal, and upped the BE to 1.5g/gal and the SC is 1g/gal. Stayed up all night setting up a new light for fall, reading strain reviews, and being me goofy self on the net .

Oh, and I gave a tiny trim to 10 or 11 buds on the bush for some BB. The buds kept grabbing the scissors which is a good sign. Last time I tried that was a few years ago and I didn't leave enough to tell a difference. Bro science or real science?

The Dinafem Critical+2.0 dried for 10 to 12 days. Dry trimmed over 3 days, depending on the stem size. 94g of kind bud in the jars. Nice one to grow @Dinafem-Mark

I'm retired and been on disability since 1998 when i drove myself to emergency and they took out half my lungs. So with all this virus n stuff, I pretty much stay home. I ain't ready to go yet, as there are too many seeds I want to try :smoking:
I appreciate this site, and all the good folks who keep it going. It gives me something positive every day

Pearl final weight - 21.0gr

big budz, 13.4gr + smaller popcorn, 4.3gr + trim, 3.3gr = 21.0gr even

in the proverbial nutshell, Pearl was an absolute dream to grow i'll save all the extraneous blahblah for me own personal grow thread (first link in me sig, hint! ), but suffice it to say, Pearl now makez a success rate of 3-for-3 with female seedz & they are def me own go-to breeder so far, woot! it took a couple xtra dayz to get her acceptably dry, given the high humidity we've had lately , but she'z now in da jarz at a perfect 60%, so all is good and, the high is even better, oh yeah! hatz off & thx to @Mr B. from Female Seeds for yet another benchmark example of high quality geneticz, and to @Waira for spearheadin this, the best of the comp threadz imo, fer sur! this now completez all of me battlez/compz for the year & the growtrain rollz on, choo-choo! ppp

Alrighty, well life keeps getting in the way, but I think I have some time to give my harvest update.
I ended up chopping both plants as I was seeing a few spots of bud rot popping up and I didn't want to risk losing any more. These were harvested on Aug. 22, making it about Day 86.

Here it is trimmed and dried. I'm a bit disappointed how much these buds shrunk. They looked so nice and plump.

So overall not too shabby. A respectable (for me) 69g

Here's the Cream Manderine XL. You can see the stubby top from the missing top cola that I had to chop due to bud rot. Would have been pretty impressive if it had stayed.

The Cream Manderine produced a bit less at 52g. Denser buds though.

It was fun to try growing outside. There were challenges with weather early on and bud rot toward the end, but considering all that I'm pretty happy with the end results.

Thanks for running the competition guys, I look forward on entering more in the future.

HSO Fast OGKZ and Dinafem Blue Widow will have to do to carry me through to the end the Dinafem quick kush got the chop over the last few days. The PM was becoming unmanageable to a point it was endangering the rest of the grow so my sacrificial cut to the season has happened again.... I pulled a solid QP or more of good top buds off her and washed and hung the rest for later hash runs.. Should get quite a bit of good hash for rosin out of her... @Waira weekly update on the outdoor grow.
HSO OGKZ FV has some solid weight pulling her down. Ive got a tiny bit of bud rot forming up on her at the bottom of the plant so I plan on taking her down here real soon probably this next week-end ish if the weather will cooperate with me on that plan. I pulled a few test buds off her a little while ago she has a strong peppery profile just like the one I took down earlier this summer. Strong bud for sure. Some slight issues but moderately an easy grow.

Dinafem Blue Widow is beginning to look pretty good. Im still hopeful she stacks heavy.

The last shot of the Dinafem Quick Kush. I believe I was probably close to the end with her she was yellowing up pretty fast and the trics looked pretty good under the scope with some amber mostly all cloudy with some clear. This plant was a PM Magnet and a solid pain in the ass all grow. The Indoor bud I got off her sister was some amazing fire though still had a PM problem even indoor but was easier to manage.

UPDATE- little yellowing on fans still, dont know why... maybe overwatering? Been raining every or every other day. Otherwise doing fine and healthy. About 5-6 weeks left give or take...

haven't had chance to trim much, doing a basement harvest and very busy at work. I'm trimming some leaves this week-end (bought cellphone micro scope, i'll take better pics hopefully sunny) good 6 weeks of growing in ontario hopefully. To much rain lately, keeping eye out for mold.
