Live Stoners Transplanting Question

This has probably already been explained somewhere in a thread here.... alas I could not find it.

I usually use pots between 2-5 gallons in size. This grow I plan on using a 10 gallon and 20 gallon for a photoperiod grow that I have started. My question is when using larger pot sizes, should I a.) Transplant from solo cup directly into the 10 and 20 gallon pots, or b.) Transplant into a intermediary pot to veg, and then transplant into their final homes?

Any advise would be great. I'm leaning heavy on transplanting directly.

I guess you can do it either way with good results. Just be careful not to overwater after the transplant . May not have to water for a week or more with that size container.
