Grow Room when to and how to train ? joint dr chronic ryder 4x45wcfl day25 pics

didnt need to pinch, although they had started to streighten up after 24 hours so i just made a kink in the wire to pull them back down again and that seems to have worked, im guessing i will need to adjust the wire every day or so for the next two weeks but will have to see.
thanks for the input guys

im off to the store todady for a digital ph tester and whilst browsing the site i found these two things that sound interesting. anyone tried? im getting the magne cal just incase of cal mag deficiency later on, but it also says it aids uptake of nurtients from the soil and can act as a vege stimulator. i plan to use this for the next two weeks or so with the biobiz grow.
now, the shooting powder, it claims it can make a second set of nodes grow within the existing buds at the end of flower increasing yield by up to 30%. (" This flowering booster starts a new flowering cycle after the regular flowering phase, significantly increasing the fruits weight")... i can find any other product that claims to create new branches within existing bud formations. has anyone tried this or similar? i figure it cant hurt to test it right?
here is the link to the two things in my local store....

Hey man. Been looking at this a few times now. I can tell it's getting a little hot in there because the leaves are saw-toothing. Also, you should get a drill and drill some holes at the top of that container so you have a place to tie down. She has some stretch left in her and that only means one thing, she will be touching the light. You might want to drill some drain holes as well. Here's a pic from my micro to give you a few ideas.

thanks for the advice, , i cant drill holes in the container, its the wrong type of plastic and shatters, thats why i tied a wire around the rim and hooked from there. i dont really want to change pot type. they are 5ltr, and because they are narrow and long i can squash more plants closer together earlier on. unless i see a better pot cheap i will have to stick to these, although i do need to get a 15ltr one for the ogre seeds i have.

as for heat, i dont have a thermometer, but it really should not be too hot, i dont need it to be stealth so the cabinet front is open all the time with a fan blowing over the bulbs and out of the open door. infact, i havnt fitted a fan to 1/2 of the cabinet and just have a massive desk fan blowing in. it really shouldnt be too hot. are you sure thats what it is? is there not another cause ?

your plant looks pretty impressive, i think next time i will try to tie each branch out like you have, rather than just bending the main stem. having said that, this strain is very short and stocky. a friend grew some under hps and they stayed about 30-40cm in height without training so i should be ok. . . (+for the next grow i am setting up a small tent with a 250w cfl that will only be used for a few weeks at the end of the grow when they no longer fit in the existing cabinet.

thanks for the help, im going to do a bit of research on that saw toothing thing and see if their could be another cause, they were sprayed with a heavy chemical fungicide yesterday so maybe that might be the cause.

this is the whole cabinet, there are two cubicals , the right hand side has a small fan inside, and i have just got 4 more the same fans for the veg chamber (which will be going on top of this one), and for the tent , which will go next to the existing unit. the left hand side has that massive fan blowing in until i manage to fit the new ones in a few days.

could they really be too hot?
