Check this out ! I'm normally usually completely against buying thing's like this, but I'm all for the entrepreneur/inventor - and I'm crazy over this idea!

Day 30 - White and Bubbly DWC - Taking up everything as fast as I can give it. She's over 4 feet around and has roughly 100 bud sites. Starting to dial back the Nitrogen a bit now and upping the P and K slowly. Had to take a pic of the roots, I'm afraid to lift it all the way out, and suspect that in the end the 5 gallon will be maxed out with roots. The SCROG is behind in the mail and she's grown so much in 4 days I'm hesitant to try it - we will see. I included a pic of some bud I got tonight - sucks to pay for it but it is what it is.

I need to do a DWC, have everything for a bubble bucket but worried about heat so might wait until next winter. You cooling your res with anything. Sorry if it's been mention just didn't see it.

No, not using anything aside from a thermal blanket. Even with the HPS it's been cool enough that I can manage my temps by just adjusting my fan's speed and the window. In the summer I am going to use big Styrofoam 15 gallon Omaha steak coolers. They're like 4 inches thick. There's another member - a decent Grower on here (@Grey Bear) who uses something similar with great success.

I will have to look into it. I've seen people use frozen water bottles. The styrofoam cooler sounds better. Thanks

Day 32 - Needed more room ! Got her all set up in her own space. This way my temps are way more manageable and she has all the room she needs. This thing is pounding away the water.
Too bad my SCROG didn't arrive in time.
