New Grower 21 days into first grow

And I fear these may be the most stunted autos ever posted on this site. They look healthy to me, but seeing literally everyone elses plants well over twice the size has me concerned. Not sure what im doing wrong but they are NL autos from Vision, 700w mars II, mixing tap and distilled water to get ph around 6-6.5, only used root start and a little cal mag. Was planning on starting veg nutes with my watering today. Any tips or advice?

Hey Brich, I am at day 51 of my first grow and I had the same worries around day 20. My plants took off from day 21 to day 28. Just be patient. I would probably start with veg nutes but a light dose. I have been running fox farms trio. I started at 1/4 recommended dosage every other watering and I have moved up to 1/2 recommended dosage. In Between I just water with PHed water and cal/mag.

Now I did have a question on nutes, I have dutch master A and B and add.27. The recommended schedule was starting feeding in week 1. I figure ill run 50% of what they recommend, but should I do 50% of week 1, or 50% week 3 on their schedule? Difference is 2ml 2ml 5ml vs 5ml 5ml 11.5ml per gallon A B and Add.27

That is a good question. You are getting a little above my pay scale on that one. When I started nutes I used the week 3 recommendations at a lower rate. I do not know if that is right or not. I am sure someone will jump in and let us know.

Id say start em on .5-1ml of litre of ur veg a n b till they get goin agen as they do seem quite small, i start Nutes at day 14 but they would b bigger than that so feel there is another issue to learn from for next time, if ur temps r optimal then maybe ur soil doesn't contain much Nutes n maybe start feeding a low dose even sooner but they r obv still healthy n can still do v well, gd luck


ps even under led i feel cal mag isn't rely required till atleast early preflower stage but obv strains r different n aslong as its mild im sure it's not doin harm

What are your temps/humidity?

edit: Nevermind I see your hygrometer in the last pic. Is that 35% RH? If so that's way too low. You need to get that up to around 60% ASAP.

I got a 3x3 grow area and I spray down 3 wet towels twice a day or else my humidity is 16%. with all 3 towels raises to 40-60%. hope that helps some

I added a cheap humidifier from walmart but it seems to leave a very fine white residue after 3 days so I turned it down. Dont wet towels smell gross real quickly?

turn on a fan. you have to have air movement or else your gonna cause powdery mildew. I cant smell my towels over all the dank smell anyways.lol
