Lighting 30-35$ 3590 top bins

Phenomenal price bro. I wanted to stock up on cree's awhile back but was very nervous since they are supposedly dropping a new chip. Then again the 3070's are still very expensive and older tech. I am now dead set on citizen cobs. Cree/meanwell lights are still basically at 100 each and that's a lot of money for something that needs a frame. there is a lot of mars converters here and even that runs them 1-2hundred to upgrade with all the parts and pieces. Citizen can easily be done for under a hundred.
I was looking at the citizens also. They are like 20$ with a holder each. I'm just not really digging the parallel wiring and the ones I saw were 56v. It seems like the meanwell hlg series drivers are the "go to" for cob drivers. What citizens were you considering? I was looking at getting 16 or so of these 3590s to cover a 4x6 area. Looking to get more "space" but keep the pull wattage equal to my 600hps and the vortex fan. What would you suggest?
I bought a bunch of the 1812's. I also have a bunch of the 1212's in 6500k for veg lights and have another 200 more coming. Tough to do this with the Cree at 30 each. Bulk pricing is crazy good

Fatcalvin I do tend to take my hobbies a little extreme. After seeing the light and growth of 2 cheaper LEDs I purchased 2 newer "better" LEDs msrp 1695 each. They lasted 2 weeks and one died on me. I bounced back to hps then cmh with LEDs again. Then I ran into victor from Amare and I have been hooked ever since. I picked up 3 of his se-450's and recently 2 pro4's. Now I'm expanding the Hobby and selling lights to my local shop. Not only can you achieve 60% efficiency you can build a light exactly how and when you want to, any size, wattage, coverage or add them to any current setup. That alone makes DIY especially cobs the best single light source available.
Yeah the efficiency is what is bringing me in. Anything with less heat and more light is a win in my book for my area. Currently i have a 4'x4' area with expansion looking to go to around 8'x8' soon. Im trying to buy for the future state and get the most for my dollar. I've seen some drivers that will power 12 36v cobs for like 40$ more than one that will power 5. I like the citizen because of the cost but it seems like they dont have the output of the Cree. and im not sure what MA i should go with. Leaning to 1080ma for a softer drive. There are just so many little things that are tugging me in every direction
