Anyone getting excited to try the new MC formula?

That's an odd one. Idk enough about soil to even guess lol. There's always Jack's and their specific recipes or GH as always. Crazy situation though. I have two plants from seed that never recovered from the tap or RO but their clones are just fine. Think disease or something was possible?
Think it was just grower errors. Think I locked her out at a young age from not adjusting ph the first 3 or 4 weeks of there lives cuz I didnt have anything to do so then, now I got my bluelab combo meter. I got that under control. But then I was feeding nutes every feeding which caused more lockouts. In soil you shud always water twice before feeding nutes again. I didn't know that and locked them out again. Next run should get better now I learned from my mistakes. Cant blame it on the nutes cuz of grower errors.

That's growth!

Good shit that you were able to determine your shortcomings. I blamed MC at one point for me problems when it was actually my tap water. There are so many variables and the learning curve only gets steeper. It's admirable imo to be able to learn and apply.

Good luck, tag me in your future grows if you don't mind.

I’m on my second grow with the MC one part and have had good luck with it. once my seedlings are established, I put them on the reservoir at 500 ppm of MC and that’s where they stay till flower. Then I up it to 600 during flower and walk away. My buds are big, and smelly, and the plants are deep green until the day I chop them. I don’t use their silly calculator anymore. I believe it was @pop22 that said to use about 500-600 max and since I read that I haven’t had a problem.

I'm using the new 2 part. Good to know. Thanks. Will have to try this ppm. Is this ppm on .500 scale?

Yes that is on the .500 scale. I did add like 50ppm of BE and 50 of SC last grow, but only because I had it from previous grows.

I'm in soil. But when I grew autos in dwc hydro i used to use gh flora trio nutes at 600 ppm in flower on autos and it worked good also.
I bounce around from soil to hydro to hybrid, because of environmental factors where I live. I say hybrid because this time I’m using 3 gallon fabric pots with Biobizz light soil, a 4x4tray, and autopot valves to control the flow of nutrientsto the tray. I’ve done it outdoors this way and wanted to see how it would work indoors.

That's right, I have never used more than 600 ppms, my usual is in the 525 -550 range. I feed the same start to finish. works pretty well that way.

Interesting as I have always used MC at every feeding without issue. Maybe its because I keep the ppms at a moderate range. In fact, as I recycle the soil, the soil never gets flushed and yet I've never had a salts buildup issue. This plant here is one of many in soil that has been used several times, and btw, is in a 1 gallon ( 4L ) pot

Hmmm well what the. That's what ManOGreen told me and Autobeast about soil growing. I might have to experiment on a couple plants. One feeding every day and the other with waterings in between to see what happens. I'm intrigued now.
