Can anyone tell me if running at 68 high temp in flower is going to damage my plants any?

I just use my phone, but for the macros I have clip on attachments.

I just switched to my DIY light and it is super bright and my plants already are stretching towards it. Problem is my mars ran the tent at 74 so it added about ten degrees the new light only adds about 4. I already have my fan on low and it regulated down as low as it will go. I am not wanting to buy a heater.

I love the light just trying to get temps right. They put off almost no heat. I can literally touch the heat sinks and they are barely warm.

The only option i see is there is a heat vent in the basement and I can see if I can put that directly into the tent. I don't know how consistent it will be but it might be my only option.
