I know, the choices are many. I'm always thinking it isn't going to matter much what I grow it will be good. I'm just trying to get some daytime and nighttime, lol. Fairy frost pics

Stoners...what makes Roots Organic Original Soil sooo good?? Its close to $50 a bag shipped. @mephisto recommends it to use with their super soil, but I need something more practical. Any Ideas????:pass:
thanks guys.:thanks:

It's made using real Oopma Loompa guano

Seriously, though, I'm not sure. But I would guess it has to do with stuff like nutrients and such that are in there besides just pure soil. Inconsistent or out of safe range soil PH is probably another factor for the soils. For me, the stuff is available cheaply enough through local grow shops that I never looked too much into it. I've just used it because others were having success with autos and the soil. Be interesting to see if some of the soil guru's weigh in and what they have to say.:greenthumb:

She sure is a purty one. So is this going in the daytime or night time stash?

heres your answer bro :) the simple dry organic powders and any granules GBD uses are geared for a specific set of factors. strains vary and light and things also vary. the Roots is exactly that. has more stuff to help buffer and feed a nice plant. any of these soils will work cheaply too. to boost it all you need is a cup of decent compost per bag and a half cup of a decent all around flower granule to blend into the soil for all of a week, plant and instant awesome then mix the GBD soil into that blended soil and GO! oh and dont forget a small bag of garden lime from epsoma too to add to the soil. that mix I just mentioned will out perform the standard mix and buffer even better. for all of 50 bucks you can attains wee packages of these things and set an organic simple blend and have solid results no doubt about it. coast of maine or especially the BG coco blend. thos two of excellent. epsoma is good to just these are cheap and have no added proprietary additions like the root,Dr eath(which is what I prefer over roots) which is cheaper or used to be anyways lol i dont care for Peat based mixes personally and ya'l should too. but the coco is what I personally say.
