if you heat water the chlorine goes off pretty quick

Well.... My wife thinks I spend enough time already trying to grow weed. I don't think I'll be heating all my water first. I've been 100% successful until this one.

I do not ever soak my seeds ..

I put them in a root riot and plant that directly in the final pot water it twice a day and keep a clear plastic cup over it.. never had it fail me
