Everything takes more time in the cold. One example, I'm feeding the dogs frozen whitefish. Well, the fish are so hard when I wack em with an axe, ringing like hitting rock. So I chop them out of a pile and bring them in to soften a little so the dogs can wolf them down before they are rock hard again.

I think I could go for some whitefish.
